Where the problem is, and what it was like then.
A digital twin on the floor plan, honestly.

It gathers values from scattered business systems and equipment screens into each asset's place on the floor plan and shows them as one digital twin, designed to show where and when each value came from. What it does not know, it marks as unknown; what it has filled in, it marks as filled in.

One twin, ten views.

The same assets, the same values and the same indicators are designed to be shown on the screen that fits the job. Stack the floors, put two points in time side by side, follow a power system, and open it on a phone in the field.

Floor stack

It is designed to show the whole building on one sheet by stacking the floors at an angle, and to set the values carrying indicators and the disconnected sources for each floor right beside it.

Every value carries its source and time.

A screen filled in smoothly is hard to trust. U-Twin is designed to leave normal values quiet and attach an indicator only to the others, like a legend on a drawing. The indicators follow wherever the value goes — screen, answer, export, replay — and cannot be turned off.

History replay

Reopen 3F as of last Tuesday 10:00.

It is designed to rewind the layout, relationships and values to that moment. It shows the spans that can be restored and those that cannot together, and if you want, lays an estimate over the gaps.

  • Asset information whose past is not kept at the source is recorded directly each time it changes.
  • Choose between 'the past as known now' and 'what was shown on screen then'.
  • Even after the floor plan is revised, you view the old layout on the old drawing again.

Ask and answer

Answers carry evidence and time.

The AI is designed to assemble answers only from the values and history the twin has. It includes only numbers that are in the evidence or calculated from it, and states the range when an unobserved span is involved.

  • It echoes back the period it read 'last week' as.
  • Even without the AI, the same screen does the same job.
  • It uses the AI endpoint the customer chooses. It can be configured so that nothing leaves the site.

In the observed range, there is no outage record for the 3F distribution boards.

Make the request right where you saw it. People make the decisions.

It is designed so that a work request created from an asset is recorded in the original business system. Each write states its effect beforehand, sends exactly what was confirmed, and is reflected on screen only after the business system replies that it received it.

  • Read Record — no write exists without a declared effect.
  • The AI goes only as far as a draft. The confirmation cannot be skipped.

U-Twin is designed to be installed in the customer's environment. The originals of business records stay in their original systems, and the twin holds only observed facts and layout.

Closed network

It comes in as an offline installation bundle and sends no usage statistics outside. Product status leaves only as a report the customer exports themselves.

The original stays where it is

The originals of work orders and the asset register stay in the business system. The twin records the values it read and their source.

Connect through adapters

One adapter per business system and equipment system connects them in a standard format. Adapters are left open so customers and partners can write their own.

Clear boundaries are what let you trust it enough to connect it.

It is not a control systemIt does not take on interlocks, real-time guarantees or safety certification. The last line of defense is the target system's permission check.
